La Marcheuse

This piece was directly inspired by the pilgrims on their way to Santiago de Compostela in Spain who cross the Lomagne Gersoise region of France where I like to paint. I also often see them trudging by at St-Léonard-de-Noblat (Haute-Vienne) when showing at the biannual exhibition organised there.
