I am delighted to be one of the guests of honor for the 6th biennial event of PAINTERS AND SCULPTORS OF BRITAIN from January 15 to 30, 2022.
Not less than 160 artists and 800 works will be presented to the public during the two weeks; each weekend, artistic demonstrations will be offered to visitors on Saturdays (Anne Hamelin on the 15th, Virginie Matz on the 22nd, Stéphane Mouel on January 29th at 2:30 pm and Christine Kervella each WE) as well as musical animations with the pipe band of St Brieuc, jazz with “Tribute to chet” and “Couleur Jazz” and sea songs with “Danaé”.
Writers will be signing books on the site (Catherine Kembellec and Yann Lesacher plus others) and the caricaturist Gille Dayot will offer his services to the public.
The exhibition is FREE, access on presentation of the health pass
A catalog of the exhibition is sold for 5 euros; the profits will be donated to the Rêves de Clown Association, which provides its 22 “Doctor-Clowns” to hospitalized children and adults.
A BIG THANK YOU to the organizers who managed to bring their show to a safe harbor despite the wind and tide of Covid 19: BRAVO!
